    Sick plants' pics

First timer here. I got a little growroom in my basement, which is a conventional foundation. Meaning it is not a concreted in basement.

anyways I have some issues with something eating my plants. I have some safer brand plant spray that doesn't seem to be having any effect. There are definately some tiny flies buzzing around and when i dig in the soil a little i can see what looks to be like spider mites. But i have no idea if that is what is causing the damage. I have been spraying everyother day for over a week now. It is like something has slimed my plants... sometimes it eats a leaf or two; sometimes nothing...

Check my pics and please let me know what i can do...

Spider mites. It looks like you have a few webs too. do you have a pocket microscope? Check the underside of the leaf and you will find the bugs.

On top of the soil yes but mostly on the underside of leafs. You need to break the life cycle. It takes treatment every day for the first 3-days then every third day after that for about 2 weeks. You can kill the adults but the eggs they lay will keep coming back and you need to stop them from laying eggs....thus ending the cycle.
