Question about the pill...
All girls are different... Girls can ovulate at different times each month. And it can change slightly from month to month. There are no 'exact' or 'set' days when it's safe to have sex with or without protection. Yes, ovulation follows a general schedule, but this cannot be used as the safest way. It's never safe to have sex without some form of contraception, whether it's the pill, shot, or a condom at ANY time of the month.

Compare that with over 99% for the pill. But if you're doing this method, you have to be perfect with checking physiological signs and changes to the body. It's a big effort, but it can be done with careful planning.
