    Terra Cotta Pots or Plastic

I've gone to 5 gallon buckets and large rectangular tubs from WalMart. In three grows I've never had a problem with mold. Make sure you line the bottom with gravel or have plenty of drainage holes in the containers too!

I like growing in containers so I can move them around the space to get max. light...

Well, plastic is better, because it doesnt dry out as quick as terra cotta. Altohugh you can use them, as long as you water when needed.

    Terra Cotta Pots or Plastic

I've done a search and read many threads on Co2. Unfortunately, money is tight right now. Could someone counsel me on a cheap way of adding co2 until I have enough cash? Here is some facts about my setup:

    1. 10 plant drip system (Rockwool, nutrients etc.)
    2. 400 HPS and a 65/500 Flourex flood light (first light i bought.went cheap on light I know, then realized I needed HPS
    3. Grow space is a closet with a door on each end (Length 9.5 feet, Height 8ft):smokin:
    4. Other equipment I have is a humidifier and an air filter/ionizer

*Note-Still waiting on shipping for lights and seeds

I know there are other things I need but will buy them soon. Any advice is appreciated

    Hey star how you doing?

Plastic is fine I use it. You do need to drill a shit load of holes in the bottom and part way up the side from the bottom. Drainage is very important you don't want the water to sit in the dirt then you get your problems.

Terra Cotta is great but it never comes with enough holes and they are never in the right place. That's my problem with Terra Cotta just not enough holes for drainage.

50/50 Perlite mix is just about right for a quick drainage. Yes you water more often but that's not a bad thing if you have proper drainage.
