Crazy Bohemian New to Ga

Hey there everyone,
I moved to Ga about a year ago but, I never really hooked up with anyone cool...scary yes...but, cool uhh no. I moved to upper north Ga with my co. back in December but, I feel a bit out of my element here. You see I'm from Va..moved from DC so the south a bit of a culture shock..or rather an uncultured shock. Very scary bible belters here....Yikes!
I work in the Retail field but, unfortunately as Uncle sam's grip gets tighter around my perverbeal nuts it's getting harder to find my stoner friends..
I live in Ga right on the south Carolina Border but, I work in Anderson. So about me...I'm a crazy activist Bohemian Artist chick, 35 libra you know that whole routine. People either love me or hate me but, I really don't give a rats ass. I'm a writer by nature and hope to publish some things very soon for my norml cause.:dance: He makes me laugh..the little dancer dude thingy. I'd love to meet some new people outside of work to hang with.some one to show me what this one and a half horse town has to offer.

HAHA. I moved from Atlanta, to a very rural part of carroll county and I DEFINATELY experienced a bit of culture shock. Things just work a little differently in the country.....you will probaly grow to like it, at least I did.

Thanks guys for welcoming me aboard....I live in Lavonia I am litterally one exit from Sc border...but, I do have a kickin pad right near the lake..I'm about a city block walk to the lake...the only thing I'm not looking forward to is the Skitoes...the blood sucking bastards. I hate them so very much. But, I do love growing things and have a bit of space to play. Hehehe......


Augusta huh I think that's about an Hour from here unless there is some back road short cut across the state.....

I too moved from the DC area back into GA, (lived in Athens, GA before DC). I can feel your pain about finding cool folks. Scary seems to be the order of the day. I don't know if things have changed, I have change in my older age or a bit of both. Still very cautious reaching out.

Sounds like a nice location so close to the lake. I looked up there but work requires me to travel a bit so I stayed closer to ATL (Alpharetta) so I can find that damn MARTA train.

crazy activist Bohemian Artist chicks are cool. I knew a few in Arlington, VA, very up front and speak their mind.
