drug tests with probation

hey one of my friends is going on probation at the end of this month and so he'll have to take drug tests. Its not for a drug related charge though. I was wondering if anyone in here had ever been on probation (it's in Nebraska i dunno if that matters) and smoked and passed drug tests. One of my friends said if you fail the first one then you don't get penalized but you have to take tests the rest of the time of probation. But what happens if you pass the first one? also
1. Is there any way to pass these tests and still smoke? Experiences?
2. How often are you tested?
3. Any more information would be great.

most of this can't be answered...as it would be dependant upon the actual facts of the case, as well as the probation officer. if it's not drug related, he may get a piss test when he first goes, but after that i doubt he'll be tested... there are things you can buy, detoxifiers, you can smoke all you want, just don't smoke for a couple of days before the test, then use the detoxifier as directed, and your piss will be 'clean' for anywhere between 2-8 hours (depends on the detoxifier used)

oh yea, these detoxifiers can be found at supplemental stores (like GNC), from most headshops, or online, they aren't cheap tho... just to pass one test it's going to cost you atleast 30$ and for the heavier smoker it can get up to 50-60$ per test...

1. Yes. I smoked every day when they tested me I dipped my fingers in bleach and pissed on my fingers and into the cup.
2. Once a month or whenever they suspect you of it thats on a drug charge they probobly wont even test you on another charge but im not for shore.
3.Umm idk. Dont smoke. I mean just stay clean as long as your on probation that the only shore fire way to pass. yeah if it is not a drug charge they will only test you once and if you pass they wont test you again.

Drinking lots of water helps get it out of your system. If I were him I would just stop smoking for awhile. How long does he have to put up with that bullshit? if its something like a few months then I say just give in and wait, its the only way to make sure he passes all his tests.

If your friend is so stupid as to think that they can get away with it, you need to hang around smarter people, because that friend of yours is a fucking retard.

Here's an idea: don't so drugs or anything else while on probation. Then, when they are off probation and don't have to take drug tests anymore, THEN they can get baked out of their gourd. Do you see how that works? Follow the rules of probation and not go to jail versus violating probation and going to jail.

If your friend tries to get over on their PO or the court, I guarantee you they will screw up and get caught. Besides, spending months or even years in prison is NOT worth a few hours of being high, when you already know you will hjave to take regular drug tests.

He didn't ask me to post here, I did it on my own. I was curious, because I don't want him to go to jail, and if he makes a mistake I want to be able to help him. He's planning on quitting but I just really care about him. Yeah, some of my friends make mistakes, but I like to look out for them.
