White Lighters- Bad luck?

I gave my brother my white lighter last night and as soon as he saw it he says they're bad luck. Anyone ever here of this? I'm not superstitious or anything, just curious.imp:

yea all the time... but then again, for probably close to a year i carried around a white refillable lighter... only lighter i ever used, nothing bad ever happened to me... one day i got barred out, and something happened and it broke... i kept asking even the next day "where's my white lighter???" because it was the only lighter i had for a long time lol ..

i use whatever colored lighter i can get...man, i just had a crow for dinner, and it tasted sooooooo gooooooood! lol
