mixing booze with prescription drugs is an intentional act. It is also a inconsiderate act when one does this and goes out to steal and then drive.
His poor decison making started long before this. Better he be the one bleeding than one who was on their way home to their families. WE call them innocent victims of fuckups like your brother. Your attempt to make your bro out to be the vicitm is very ignorant. His goal was to get as fucked up as he could, and he did. No sympathy. Thats what happens when you act like a inconsiderate fool.
