i have been the victim of those who steal and i dont pray for them. It's time your bro grew up, preferably without kicking himself in the ass and then complaining when it hurts.
I am just glad that mr. fuckup didnt kill a kid who was riding his or her bike down the street. You shouldnt have to pay for the things he destroyed. he should. The drunk, or those really fucked up always seem to get by with just a few scrapes, and its those who's lives they interupt who ends up dead.
