Oh yeah, my wife didn't go to work that day - she had an early morning doctor's appointment. This was lucky, because her co-workers were extremely traumatized.

One lady, a financial analyst that was a frequent guest on Bloomberg radio, and other media, saw a man that was running in front of her get cut in half by debris. She went out on disability.

Other co-workers of my wife had to take ferries behind the Trade Center complex. When the Towers collapsed, it looked like Manhattan Island was sinking. To make matters worse, there were aircraft above, ours, but they didn't know that.

Many of us had Post Traumatic Stress. Mine has worn off for the most part, but this is something that you don't forget - especially if you still work, or live, down there.
