We'll go to Fraunces Tavern, in lower Manhattan, which was bombed in the 70's by FALN, a P.R. terrorist group. It's historic, and there are MANY places you have to see - the military stuff, particularly regarding the Revolutionary War, alone is worth it.

One more thing: When the winds were high, the WTC towers always swayed. Most large buildings do this.

I happen to know this, because I worked in 2 WTC years (actually decades) ago. This should give you some indication that they were not indescrutable. If the fucking WIND could cause them to move, then it's not hard to picture what a huge airliner would do to it.



P.S. The latest solo album by Donald Fagen (founding member of the group Steely Dan), pictured below, is largely a metaphor for 9/11, it's aftermath, and American society since then. I think that this is his best solo work, and may be his last solo album.

The towers like most high rise buildings were designed to sway. If they were not allowed to sway the wind could actually knock them down.

Oh and GS, i agree with you and all but dont go hating on people just cause they don't agree with you. You have to educate people, not just spew all that stuff that you believe. Maybe try posting loose change or something so people who do not believe what you or i do will maybe see things from our perspective.

No, i am saying that the buildings are designed to sway in the wind otherwise they could be damaged or fall down ( I think i heard that on history channel or something.) I do not think it is impossible, but the facts do not really add up in the official story. I mean the buildings did not even burn for 2 hours. And then they fell. WTF?!?! I could understand them collapsing if the plane somehow crashed towards the base of the building. But still that way it would not collapse the way it did. I just do not understand the floor falling on top of another floor theory. It just doesn't make sense to me. If someone will show me a case where this has happened. i.e. floor falling on top of other floors causing collapse. Then i will greatly reconsider my ideas on how the towers fell.

I do not have time to attain an advanced degree in architecture, followed by years of work in the field. I'm putting my trust in people that have done this - and I met somebody like that in NYC, on the subway, shortly before the Towers fell. He predicted what would happen with pinpoint accuracy, explained the process to me quickly, and then I had to change trains.

There are other resources to check this. I have not bookmarked them, because I accepted what happened due to my experience that day. So did the Mayor, and just about everybody else involved in this tragedy - including the victims' families. But, at least you are open to the possibility that the towers fell from the impact and destruction of the crash - which is a damn sight better than some of the people here.
