    Howdy slip,

Dang...I can still remember how my mother and grandma cried,on the day that President Kennedy died. It seems like yesterday, when my friend and I,toked our first doobie together,in the back of my garage, when I was barely 13 and about to start my freshman year in highschool..in 1973. It still seems like yesterday-when I held my daughter in my arms, for the very first time..and she's just turned 26 in March.

The days do fly by..and the weeks, months and years..but each and every day-is a blessing and I try to make each one count You should look forward to the amazing journey that awaits you..there's still much to come..both the good and the bad..just always believe in yer self and never give up-no matter how dark or tough, life is..the rewards, make it all worthwhile..and our mistakes,as well as our succeses, make us who we are and forge our souls to incredible toughness.

Have a good one ! :stoned:

i think this is the first post, in which it doesn't involve me and you in a drawn out 'debate' lol....

i don't get sad/depressed that my days seem to be slipping me by, nor do i fear death. it's just kind of mind blowing to me, and i was curious if anyone else was experiencing it, or if it was just me... the world seems so much diffrent now, then when it did when i was a kid... then i look at my son, and wonder what life will be like for him, how much the world will of changed again already, and wonder if it changed for better or for worse.

Get use to it....it's called growing up. As the years pass they seem to go quicker and quicker. Wait till your little one has one of his own...grandpa! I turned grandpa at the age of 36 and if he follows in his father and grandpas foot steps I'll be great grandpa at the age of 54. Thats only 10 years away! See what I mean.

LOL...just wait till your boy tells you your old fashioned...LOL

Have a good one and enjoy the moment!

I may only be 15 but I to notice it. I think it started 8th grade year towards the end I started smoking and was like man where did the year go? This year is going by so fast to. Seems like just yesterday I was smoking with my best friend. Now it's been almost a year since he's moved.
