I've worked at a Bank in the past and yes, you DEFINITLY need to contact them...actually, if it is convenient for you I would just go down and tell them your problem and they will print out your statments and figure it out -- you are probably being scammed.....I've had it happen in the past with this company called 1Rate online, which I never heard of, but they were taking like $50 a month -- the bank took care of it, you just need to let them know and let them investigate it, they'll find out the type of charges (debit, cks, withdraws, etc.) and then determine who is authorizing the deductions...but time is really of the essence, if I were you I'd take care of it like yesturday.

I had a balance of 2300 previously in around November. i had not withdrawed any but it gradually decreased. i didn't notice til like the 3rd time i withdrew when my balance was at a drastic 700. i thought that it was some family member so i let it go. it didnt happen til last week when i got my taxes back. my balance was at 1500, then decreased to 1000 but i withdrew 500. then i withdrew 160 but now i Rating: 5
