bank problems - need help please
Alright, I have found out a major problem with my bank and i have to deal with this now.
I had a balance of 2300 previously in around November. i had not withdrawed any but it gradually decreased. i didn't notice til like the 3rd time i withdrew when my balance was at a drastic 700. i thought that it was some family member so i let it go. it didnt happen til last week when i got my taxes back. my balance was at 1500, then decreased to 1000 but i withdrew 500. then i withdrew 160 but now i went to withdraw 160, and my balance was 199 !!!
i dunno what to do, if i tell the bank, do you think i will get the money back?

... i'd raise hell at a bank of 10 dolllars came up missing, let alone 1000+ did you feel you even need to ask us what to do? demand to talk to the bank president, and demand re-insurance... unless of course in fine print it basicly says "if someone takes your money, you're on your own, fuck off, don't bother me"

what you need to do is get to your record history ASAP...many banks have online access and if your bank is not online then get down to your branch the very 1st second both of you are available. you can't do anything until you know what's going on...

I've gotta agree with del and god. Get your statements NOW. If not online, then go to the bank. You should know where it's at. You have free acess to the history of every transaction made in that account. I balance my checkbook every day. even if I haven't spent anything, I check it to make sure it's all good.
