There must be a reason for any such actions you speak of - some folks do better to avoid the chat room, if they find (and/or are informed) their chat conversation is coming across offensive, etc to others.

If you still have absolutely no clue, then try contacting a mod *privately* (you can do p2p in chatroom) and discuss the matter further - no guarantees, but you may be able to work things out.

The way I see it is that you can pay £15 ($30.30c) for a dvd that will keep you entertained for 2 hour's. Or you can spend £10 ($20.20c rounded up to $20) to contribute to a site that you can learn from/enjoy for a hell of a lot longer than 2 hour's.
