BestTonichIsChronic, since you say you're having trouble feeling like you're fully back in reality, may I recommend an excercise? Just wait till a really nice sunny day, don't take ANY drugs, and go out into nature somewhere very quiet. Then, find a slightly downward sloped piece of ground, sit there cross legged or however's comfy for you, and observe. Sit there for just 15 minutes, longer if you can, and dedicate 100% of you focus to being aware of your surroundings, putting your thoughts aside for a little while.
