Paranoid?

Ok, this is annoying lol. Everytime I'm just relaxing and listening to my favorite songs I keep thinkin about I gotta quit smokin for a min and everytime I get into a deep thought I hear a loud thud in the next room, I go in there but no ones in there. I just keep hearin shit and jumpin up like "I must be goin crazy", this happened like 6 times so far and it's a little freaky since I was watchin Court TV and now I'm more jumpy about home burglars and shit. I dont think me and a pistol is a good combo lol. Anyone else have weird moments like this?

when i got out of prison i was asleep in the living room of a friends house.
i was alone one night and i heard this banging sound in the backdoor
it felt like somthing was trying to get in.i couldnt see no one standing there
i wasnt used to being alone so i freaked out and walked out the front door
and went to the donut shop to get a hot chocalte to calm down.i didnt want to go back to the house but i left the door open.
in my head i was going thru all kinds of scenarios.i fraked myself out
when i went back it was the fucking dog that when he scratched himself
he would make the backdoor shake.
