i never liked cigarettes after i started smokin weed. i just didnt see the point. i would get in the habbit of smoking them like joints and they would allways make me feel like shit. so i was like what the fuck just smoke weed and not these nasty things.

The patches and gum are the best bet. if you are just a casual smoker stop now it is so so hard to give up if you get addicted.
