Oh, hey, the Venus Flytrap in my grow room caught a big spider today. I hate spiders. Now I really like Venus Flytraps.

I also read in another thread that someone said NOT to mist, especially with the lights on. I sometimes mist five times a day. I mist until it's almost 100% humidty and looks like a rainforest after a downpour. I had a Japanese Maple tree outside---at another house---that you weren't supposed to get it's leaves wet when watering with a hose. The fragile leaves would burn under the sun. But pot? IDK...I can see not wanting to get buds wet because they might mold, but veg is a great time for misting.
