I use bat guana tea all through veg and a lot of the guana doesn't disolve and would clog up those holes, so you have to lift the liners to feed, especially since you want the guano evenly dispersed around the soil area.

I'd also want to be super careful about any possible hot spots when they are seedlings and the CFL's are an inch from the aluminum.
