i got arrested at school a couple weeks ago with pot and i got charged with having drug paraphanalia for having my weed in a sandwich bag. i might be getting kicked out of school for this but has anyone ever heard of someone getting charged with possession of drug paraphanalia for a sandwich bag?

i know it was stupid, but the reason i had it was because the night before i went and picked up some weed for my friend and couldint bring it back to him that night, so i thought i could just bring it to school and give it to him and i end up getting searched for "pills".

Somehow I think this could have been avoided. What exactly happened? Did you give them permission to search you? What reason did that have to believe you had 'pills'? I sure as hell would be pissed if I got busted for weed cause they wanted to make sure I didn't have something as dumb as pills.
