Buster, how warm do you keep the seeds?
What I do with my seeds is wet some cotton wool then lay it down so it covers the bottom of a PLASTIC stash box entirely. Then I put the seeds on top, cover it with another layer of cotton wool and press down lightly. Then I just lay the lid on top (not closed) and shove it at the back of my cabinet on the shelf above the light, stays around 23C there. You need to make sure that NO light gets to the seeds, or they wont germ.
Another way is to get a glass, fill it with water and wait until the water is room temp. Then put the seeds in the water, and place that somewhere nice and warm. Havent tried this myself, but Ive heard from many people that it does indeed work. If you like Ill just send you a few 2 week old Lowryders, lol. Actually, thats quite a good idea...
