I would recommend this to you if you are growing outside...

Always water your plant about 12-60 inches away from the main stalk..
The reason for this......

1. If you over fertilize, you have not contaminated the area that the PLANT must live in.
2. Outdoor growers that want to GROW monsters are always tempting t he roots to come further and further out to get nutrients and water.. Encouraging the roots to spread like theoretically causes the ENTIRE plant to GROW and GROW..

i believe it

Garden Knowm Reviewed by Garden Knowm on . over fertilizing hi friends, i have a question about over fertilizing. let's say your growing a few plants outside and you fertilize and the next day they look like crap, wilting leaves, slumping main stems, fried for sure. is it possible to dig them up, wash the roots with water and replant? do you think they might have a chance?
