haha just to clear things up, its not a death penalty if your caught with reefer in japan. but any amount is a felony and you can go to jail with less than a gram on you. a lot of times a first offence they will make you pay a fine only if your lucky. but alot of times you wont be so lucky. especially in the city im in, its ran by the Yakuza.
