i use floros they dont put off much heat keep them about 2 inchs above your plants to get the best results

It kinda looks like a fluorecent light type only its in the shape of a light bulb and it coils around? Anyway, they put out the equivalent of a 75W bulb, 1100 lumens and use only 18 watts. I was wondering if it would be reasonable to use one of these during the veg. state, and maybe more if necessary, if more would work as far as providing the equivalent of 200+ watts.
