Nirvana is a well known and trusted breeder for low end versions of popular strains. If they say they'll ship to your country, in all likelyhood you won't have problems with delivery. Just bear in mind, if seeds are illegal in your country, there definitely is a small chance that your seeds will be confiscated upon entry into the country.
