you know a lot of times when people buy pot they smoke a bowl... and then both people get high and can ramble a bit... I know one guy I get mine from I gotta be there at least an hour cause he'll talk the whole time... plus hanging around your dealer is good... people don't wanna just come in and leave... maybe 20 min just wasn't long enough....
