I haven't got sick since I stopped eating shit food like mcdonalds and pizza all the time. The junk food I stay clear off except when i treat myself occasionally. I eat cashew nuts, sunflower seeds, shit that's had nothing added to it. It makes me feel alot calmer and more content I can be more decisive and not panic over stupid shit like I used to.
