Make sure you have an update version of java installed and your browser is not blocking the popup. Most browsers today have some type of add block to stop popup's these days.

High moderators and BY THE WAY, you're providing a great service here at cannabis.com I have a question and was wondering if anyone else is having this kind of chat problem, and if you know how I can fix it?? Lately when I click on "chat" (on this site of course) on my home computer, my internet shuts down immediately and brings up my decktop. That doesn't happen on my work computer. What's up???
