people really do try to communicate with the dead through myspace out of frustration and partial denial that they can no longer really say what they needed to say to that person. it just fucking creeps me out to see a profile intact the way it was, as if they were still alive, and then see comments like you're dead.

i thought you could feel the pain and humanity of the dead person's friends even through the superficiality of an online myspace profile (which is unusual, because normally i find real humanity to be the last thing people show of themselves on those sites). it also just struck me as profoundly sad that that is where we go now to mourn our dead.

I have to agree with these comments.
The saddest thing is that so many people have so many regrets about how little time they take for the real things in life, maybe the virtual world is easier because you can switch it on and off at will ( maybe I'm a cynic ).
