You will probably need to eat at least 2mg to catch a good buzz. If you are going to be around people definately dont take 4mg, it will be really hard to hide. Also, if you're planning on drinking, be careful. Xanax and alcohol fucks me up REAL bad. I'm talking about slurring your speech and stumbling around fucked up. :thumbsup:

EDIT: To answer your question, popping the pills works just fine but my favorite way to take xanax (especially footballs) is to dissolve them under my lip, at about the same place you would put a dip (tobacco). Hits you in about 10 mins and fucks you up much faster than swallowing.
