Question about bulbs
Bad idea unfortunately. Watts=amps x voltage
They rate the fixture for watts because thats what the bulb rating is (something we can understand when selecting a bulb). Really it's stating that the wiring and fixture can handle "x" amount of amps. Never overload a fixture beyond it's rating...asking for BIG trouble.
Good luck!:thumbsup:Psycho4Bud Reviewed by Psycho4Bud on . Question about bulbs Ok i have a desk lamp and it says 60W max light bulb.
