Shit! Bad news!

I thought you can only top it right after the flowering begins. If I post a pic of my plant from today, can you tell me exactly where to do it and how? That would seriously help a lot. My patio/back yard is not exactly that large or isolated. My neighbors will know somethings up when a 7 ft plant is visible and reaks of the ganj.

First off let me begin by saying I have a hydro setup and am used to this type of harvesting.
