I was thinking of picking up some opium this weekend. I've never done it before so I was wondering how much would be a good amount for about 4 people and how much it should cost?

Also, can I smoke it out of my glass pipe or is there a specific kind I need.

Toke It Up... that was extremely harsh. Last time i heard "sand n*****" it was referring too people of Arab decent. I think that most of us here do not appreciate the Taliban but it is more then just Arab's, and there is no reason to treat them disrespectfully. A few bad apples doesn't mean the entire race is terrible, the KKK was one of the worst white groups in history, but it doesn't mean all caucasions are bad people. Try to use a little bit more respect next time, we're all one people, and because of close-minded people like yourself there will be no end to war and hate.

Anyway...

Back to the original post, a gram or 2 will get you a your friends plenty high. the best way to do it is to make a "tossed salad": pack a bowl with weed and put the opium on top. Torch the opium with a flame the entire time you are hitting it to make sure it burns. It will smell sweet and incense-y; very pleasant aroma.

You could expect to pay as much as $20 per gram, which seems reasonable. I suggest you ask people in your market who have bought it before and NOT the guy who is going to sell it to you. In my experience, opium doesn't come around too often, so it's a little hard to develop a stable price level.

The high lasts 2-4 hours and is a freaking BLAST.

***WARNING: opium is PHYSICALLY addictive, just like heroin. Yes, you can become a junkie from smoking opium quite easily. Ask anyone wfrom Southeast Asia and China. I'm glad it wasn't around much in college, otherwise I would have become a full-blown addict. Even now, I kinda jones for it 10+ years since I last had some. It's that good.
