They probably cant do shit since it is legal. They might be on to you more about other things though and keep a real close eye on your which would suck. What are they going to do over all though, suspend you for something that has no laws against it? I hear the words lawsuit when shit like that happens.

Even if its not against the law the can suspend you or expell you because it may be against the school rules. It doesnt always have to do with the law.

We get in trouble if we have cigs on us at my school. Any drugs will get you in trouble...legal or not. Thats why they have nurses at schools, you arent allowed to carry any drugs(even perscription).

I never even thought of that. I think everyone is right with though it might not be illegal school rules are different too. You could get in trouble with the school definately now that I think about it.

r u serious Phunk? if yer 16 in canada yer legally allowed 2 smoke, juss cant buy em. we have a smokin section at my skool thatz actually on the property that we r allowed 2 smoke in. rulez r different evrywhere tho.
