Hey, who can I contact with a membership problem. I just paid for a one year and the first time I got an error. So I went back and corrected the problem and then got another message saying 'no payment hash was found'. But when I check my banks website, I can see payment of $25 made today to 'PSYCHOTROPICS CORN'. Who can I contact to get this rectified? Thanks!

I am still waiting to see how to western union my payment...been a few weeks since I sent an email...and am willing to pay for multiple years membership? I want to be a member but I don't want to mail any money.

You could always send a money order. Somehow I'd think you'd be OK but if something did happen, you save the money order receipt and process a 'trace'. Eventually you would be able to file a claim and get your money back.

I think my issue was that I was using FireFox instead of IE. FireFox doesn't always play nice with on-line ordering and I should have known better.

I did have IE until my husband decided he wanted to play on my computer...anyway the next morning..he somehow did away with my history and IE...now all I can search on is google. I just don't like mailing anything..I like to pay..and get my receipt right then..I know..a hangup. I don't like anyone having a sample of my handwriting either..might sell it on ebay...THAT was a joke.

The transaction was declined (for the reason explained in the error message you saw) and thus your card was not charged by us.

However, when paying on-line via debit card some banks may deduct the funds whether the transaction is approved or not ... and then sometime later, after settlement, credit the money back to the person's bank account.

Again, to be clear, we have not charged your card - our merchant system shows the transaction as "declined" and it will settle later today as "$0.00"; we will receive nothing.

The money will likely be credited back within the next few days - however, this is totally out of our control, since we have never actually charged your card.

If the money is not credited back within the next few business days, please contact your bank for assistance.

Once the funds are returned by your bank, then only at that time should you consider trying again to upgrade.

From what I recall, there was one person who sent an email regarding paying with Western Union around the same time (about 2 months ago?) that cafe membership was lowered back to $25 per year.

For a short time, we advertised accepting Western Union for cafe membership, but we have since chosen not to - primarily because for $25 per year it doesn't make sense.

Additionally, Western Union payments are a hassle, even for much larger payments; I don't think anyone ever actually paid cafe membership with Western Union - the few who inquired about it, most later chose to instead pay with money order / credit card; we also accept cash.

Okay..that was me..2 months ago would be right..it was Feb. when I emailed. I will just send a money order or cash for membership. Thank you.
