The transaction was declined (for the reason explained in the error message you saw) and thus your card was not charged by us.

However, when paying on-line via debit card some banks may deduct the funds whether the transaction is approved or not ... and then sometime later, after settlement, credit the money back to the person's bank account.

Again, to be clear, we have not charged your card - our merchant system shows the transaction as "declined" and it will settle later today as "$0.00"; we will receive nothing.

The money will likely be credited back within the next few days - however, this is totally out of our control, since we have never actually charged your card.

If the money is not credited back within the next few business days, please contact your bank for assistance.

Once the funds are returned by your bank, then only at that time should you consider trying again to upgrade.
