I'm was thinking about getting hypnotised to see if that helps me quit smoking.Does anyone think it will work?

Apparently, it does work. Only costs £30 an hour aswell, or somewhere around that - so its more or less the same price as the patches/gum etc. Its actually called 'hypnotherapy' if you wanna look into it. Theres usually someone in your town who does it, and if not, therell be someone who doesnt live far away.

Smoked for 9 years...still trying to quit (4 months in, 3 packs smoked total since quitting...not too bad, but not great).

but I'll admit that even though I'm doing my damndest to quit, and both regular and menthol cigs of all varieties taste like ass, I'd still take a Djarum Black if offered one...they're the only cig I miss.

If you must smoke cigarettes at all, I suggest an occasional Djarum Black or Sampoerna (both clove)...keep the pack from going stale after opening it by keeping it in the freezer and seriously...keep it occasional at most.

If you don't want cloves, try Natural American Spirit...they'll possibly still give you cancer, but it might take them longer since they're additive free. I don't know how availible outside the states they are though...but there's probably somewhere online with them that ships to the UK.

Thanks,that's not a bad price I thought it would be more.Whatever price I pay for hypnotherapy I am sure I will be saving money.

If it worked for you there is a good chance it can work for me.I have a self hypnosis book and my friend said he would hypnotise me but to be honest i'm a little worried because he hasn't done it before.I could end up miowing like a cat or something,just like Paul Mckenna does with his audience.
