Even though you could lose some trichomes due to falling off, freezing will not ruin your bud. As a matter of fact if you store your bud in the freezer the trichomes that do fall off are retrievable. Ya just have to look in the bottom of your jar, baggie, or what ever else you are storing it in and scrape them out. It's very simple. Freezing your cannabis allows your cannabis to remain potent and fresh.

Ok, this may sound like a stupid question to the more educated members of this board, but I wanna turn my buds a pretty purple colour just for the fun of it. If I chuck 'em in the freezer for a couple of hours, overnight even, will this do it? And if so, will it kill the potency?
