If condoms had been used then why did the medical report say there was NO sign of ANY sexual activity? And if condoms are used in rape would there not at least be visible signs after claiming that 3 men (not one) 3....had forcefully raped a woman? Its not over..some people don't like looking foolish and the DA said he will not drop the case..he needs to admit he was wrong. At this point there are 46 young men that some have actually had to move because of safety concerns..46 samples came back that did not match any of them...the medical report submitted to the prosecutors and defense says no sign of sexual activity? You would think on making a claim of rape..including sodomy...you would at least make an effort....it doesn't add up for her..so why continue to put 46 lives on hold without any physical evidence linking them?
