im watching a segment on cnn about this now.the DA is exactly that(a dumbass) he says he wants to try this case like they did in the old days with just the word of the complaintent(totally excluding physical evidence and DNA). this is total bullshit. he is just kissing some black ass so he doesnt get a bunch of heat from blacks cuz it is a predominatley black area excluding these preppy colleges. look at the facts douchebag, you dont have a case DA go ahead and make a fool of yourself and commit political suicide if u want cuz thats what it looks like at the moment.

I still feel bad for the players. Even if they're found innocent, they still got fucked over big time. I guess we'll wait and see what the verdict is after all of the evidence comes in.

that would almost certainly leave some of her DNA at the scene. none of wich was recovered.

Prolly wouldn't leave DNA, but it wouldn't be all that fun. I just don't see a bunch of 20 something testosterone filled guys raping a girl with a broom and not end up sticking it in. But then again, you never know. We'll just have to wait for more info. Oh and if they did use a foreign object, then she would know about it and mention it to someone. I'm pretty sure some of her dna would be left on whatever was used.

who said these guys are rich? Just because you go to Duke you're rich? Please. I know several guys that went to Duke and thay aren't rich. The fact that they're on a sports team indicates that that could have got on with a scholorship. I went to school with a guy who was brought up dirt poor. Got a full ride at Tennessee and eventually made it to the NFL (shawn bryson). He was dirt as poor, but worked his ass off. Now he has a degree and plenty of money in the bank.

Reverse Racism at its finest. If the DA has any other evidence he would have already charged them..and the only evidence that is not back yet is the combings..pubic hair samples..so he is literally holding on by a hair. Its strange how DNA is touted as admissable in court but now all of a sudden..DNA does not mean anything?! Yeah right..if that DNA had come back positive match..those players would be crucified right now! So whats up with their support when DNA exonerated them? Because no one here wants to say the truth? This is reverse racism and social classing in reverse. DA's are also notorious for wanting to make headlines that sometimes they doom theirselves with taking on a case that is a fraud to begin with...no wonder women control men like they do...stupid!
