look at what the quote you had in what i was referring to. when you say medical report, what do you think that is referring to? and that is exactly what i contended... that the medical report NEVER said there was no sexual activit.

she only got one medical report done. these statements that were paraphrased came from MSNBC and were being said DIRECTLY from the court documents.

The Chicago Tribune...New York Times updates plainly state this exact quote from the defense lawyer on the state medical lab report that released their findings on the alleged rape..There was NO DNA found in or on her to indicate at any time recently that she had even had sex. Also...she reported she broke 5 artificial nails off on one of her "attackers" arm...they were recovered in the bathroom where the alleged rape took place...and again...NO DNA! Read the entire story...she is 27 with 2 kids,black and there was an argument over her and her partner receiving alot of money and then "dancing" for only 2 minutes! Wonder how long before the DA will admit he jumped the gun and her story breaks down some more.

A NURSE did not release the findings from the State Lab that processed the rape kit! That OFFICIAL report exonerated those players. She saw some quick money and opportunity to mess with the rich white boys...she has proven nothing in her statement except that she lied...and is actually helping the defense prove its own case. i said nothing anywhere but that the OFFICIAL report does include statements saying a rape was likely to have occurred, which you are not taking into account, and that is why i posted exactly what i did.

You mean that you didn't know that the specimens collected from the rape kit were sent to a State Lab..and examined by experts? Not a nurse? I would think a M.D. would give the official results..not the specialist nurse from the hospital..now I typed slow so maybe this time since I worded it different maybe you will understand....and I do "draw my own conclusions"...sure don't need you to do that for me....and why would you not defend wrongly accused men of a heinous crime that have now been exonerated by more than just their dna not matching? Why would you not realize that nothing the alleged "victim" has been proven a liar on the fact that NO DNA matching the 46 players matched anything on her artificial nails that she said she broke off on one of their arms? Why NO signs of any recent sexual activity when she claimed to have been raped by three different white men AND sodomized? These players have had their entire lives disrupted because of one person that decided she could. Just because someone is rich and can be jerks do not give a woman the right to become angry over racial slurs and unjustly accuse an entire team (except for the one black player that was there) of rape is wrong and she needs to be made an example of what happens when you file a false rape report to settle a grudge.
