China city learns from UK about surveillance
I wonder if the crime rate dropped by those percentages after the first 20,000 cameras were installed.
I recall seeing a show on discovery (I believe it was) on the making of Mardi Gras beads where workers made like $1.20 a day for a 16 hour working day and the factory owner made $1.5million a year! This "perfect society" is slowly on the verge of an uprising!
