I think that you mean the Amish, aka "Pennsylvania Dutch".... They are not Dutch, but German - the word Deutsche was changed to Dutch. There are also Mennonites. They have communities in parts of the U.S. besides Pennsylvania.

There are no more "Quakers" with the hats and stuff. Now it's called Socety of Friends. Some of my ancestors were Quakers in 17th and early 18th century New England (and England before that).
