I'm not sure but something is not quite right.
Check your temps at the canopy level, ensure the light isn't too close.
Check and ensure pH remains correct.
I don't think they should be getting any more than a consistent 1/2 strength dose of veg nutrients.
Ensure there is more than adequate aeration of the water/nutrient mix. 24x7
Ensure there isn't re-occurring root damage.
Flush once a week.
Make sure they are getting some fresh air and fan circulation.

Too me it looks like a problem with incorrect watering, fluctuating pH, nutrients and temp.

Get all the variables under control then maintain the same regiment for a week or 2 then you will really notice the improvements.

Give us all some more details or pics on how exactly your setup is running and your maintenance of it. The more detail the better.

I'm only a hydro beginner but I'm sure the pros will offer plenty of advice once they have a better understanding of your setup. Keep posting because I can't wait to see them 100% healthy and pert.
