WARNING about crossing the border into CANADA
I would recommend flying our sailing into canada as opposed to driving in.
Here is why........
I went for a drive to canadain border for my first time ever last year and that was probably my worst experience all year.
First, The stool pigeon at the little border booth questioned me like I was some kind of terrorist trying to get into canada
Second, while I was inside talking to the customs agent they decided to just search my car without me even asking me. I went outside after they refused to let me in "on the grounds of I was unemployed" I had just gotten out of the military and I didn't have a job. The fact I had over $40,000 in the bank didn't make any difference.
Third, when I got home a few days later I relized my "citizen" watch (worth about $300) was gone from my trunk.
Well there you have it....you can bet I want be trying to drive across the border anytime soo.grinthenbearit Reviewed by grinthenbearit on . Actually 5?6?7? of the 9/11 part time pilots crossed into USA via canda, so no they do not have terriost in canada. They send them here
J/K
But, we send our murders up there? It's a fair trade off.
Canada is full of nice folks. Just most of them believe in the " i saw it, so it's mine" religion. I have had parcels missing cookies from canada, so I figure there starving. I want to live in Canada one day though, so I will stop bad mouthing them, aye.
Grin: My bro got caught inbetween USA and Canada back in 2000 I think it was. Canada would not let him in and USA did not want him either.(they both searched him THOURHLY)........he sat there for hours before the USA had to let him back in..........was funnyalex_n_alaska_was here
