First of all...this shit....tasted....SO.....................................SO SO SO SO SO...............disgusting. It was so hard not to throw up after consuming it. I tried to do a 60gram dose, mix it with water, and down it...but it was torture. I got like half of it down....waited like 20 mins....i felt naucious and i went to the restroom and yacked it all.
