Just go burn in the stairwell.. Whenever me and my boys go to an apartment, we burn, and drink 24's in there, you have to find the right level though, like closer to the top level is best, cause most people use the elevator to get down to the ground.... I don't know how good security is at your apartment, but if there's a lot, this isn't a good idea. Or, you can burn in your washroom, put a towel under the door, let the shower run, and pour shampoo on the bottom of the tub, so the water hits it and it makes the washroom smell nice and it is a super hotbox....

What I plan to do is just make a giant doob-tube (I got a pack of dryer sheets and I'm planning to use some old foam and a large poster tube, I'll post pics when I'm done with it), put a towel under my door, open a window, and finally, just in case, remove the batteries from the smoke detector in my room.
