I THINK THE BOTTOM LINE IS......GIVING CONVICTS FROM FORIEGN COUNTRIES A BETTER LIFE AS A ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS IN THE USA AT THE COST OF LOWER STANDARD OF LIVING FOR LEGAL RESIDENTS.

the MAJORITY of them are not convicts. once illegally getting into the country they fear doing things illegal b/c they will get arrested or deported [the workers].

FYI- America accepted hundreds of known convicts from Cuba in our recent history, yet we can't allow some hard working people
