Trichocereus Panza Reviewed by Trichocereus Panza on . Foods that ARE ok w/ MAOIs? I'm going to be trying ayahuasca, most likely with Syrian Rue as the MAOI. Rather than doing a ton of research on the foods that are not okay to eat beforehand, and keeping track of all of them to make sure I don't eat any, I thought I'd try to play it totally safe and find out what foods ARE okay FOR SURE in other people's experience... and just stick to eating one or two basic meals for a while before the day of the trip.
