It sounds like you are eating too much shit,m and probably eating late in the evening/before bed.

I do the same because of 2am mun chies but when i eat a lot before sleeping i'll start retching very very violently bout 10 mins after getting up.
Its because the food sits in your stomach overnight not properly digesting.

But it also sounds like you should avoid teh fast food, kebabs etc, try going healthy for a bit if you can.

Jus home cooking an stuff, doesnt have to be all fruit an veg.

A homemade spaggetti bolognaise is fine for example, jus dont buy pre-packaged stuff.
